This portfolio project focused on reducing cement consumption by optimizing mix design and eliminating the need for additional cement during finishing. The vacuum dewatering process improved concrete density, ensuring strength without excess material usage. This approach reduced project costs and minimized environmental impact. Despite lower cement usage, the floor maintained high compressive and abrasion resistance. The result is a sustainable, durable, and cost-efficient industrial flooring system suitable for large-scale facilities
